Jangseongho Tourist Site is a public lakeside-tourism destination in Jangseong-gun, Jeollanam-do, set along the shoreline of Jangseong Lake (Jangseongho) — a man-made reservoir created by the Jangseong Dam that has matured into a major regional lake-tourism cluster. The area combines lakeside walking paths, picnic-and-rest areas, viewing decks, lakeside restaurants serving freshwater fish from the lake, and seasonal cherry-blossom-viewing zones along the lakeshore that bloom into a famous spring spectacle. The lake setting frames broader recreational use including boating, fishing, and lakeside camping. Best timed to the spring cherry-blossom peak (early-to-mid April) for the strongest visual draw, paired with broader Jangseong-area itineraries that often include the Baekyangsa Temple area.
