Gossaumnori Theme Park is a curated attraction in Korea — full details, hours, and access info on the official Korea Tourism page.
Gossaumnori Theme Park is the dedicated cultural park for Gossaumnori, the traditional Korean folk game from the Gwangju area where two large bamboo-and-rope "bull" structures clash heads in a spirited village contest. The game is designated UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, and the park anchors its preservation with a small museum, full-scale display structures, and live demonstration performances on weekends in season. Visitors can also try simplified hands-on games. Best timed to a weekend demonstration; outside these the park is much quieter. Free entry. Pair with the May 18 Memorial Park and the broader Gwangju historic district for a full half day connecting folk and modern Gwangju.
