Hurshimchung
Hurshimchung is a curated attraction in Korea — full details, hours, and access info on the official Korea Tourism page.
Why go
Hurshimchung is the largest hot-spring bath complex in Asia, anchored to the Nongshim Hotel in Busan's Dongnae spa district. The site spans more than 13,000 square meters and combines around forty pools fed by Dongnae's natural hot-spring source — alkaline-bicarbonate water that has been used here for over a thousand years. The pools include outdoor cliff-side baths, traditional Korean dry-heat "hanjeungmak" rooms at varied temperatures, salt and mugwort steam rooms, and a Roman-style atrium central pool. Day-use is available without hotel lodging and pricing remains genuinely affordable for the scale. Best on weekday afternoons. Pair with the Dongnae traditional market and Dongnaeeupseong site.
