Why go

Hwangnyeongsan is a 427-meter peak in central Busan that holds one of Korea's most spectacular city overlooks: from the summit, the entire arc from Gwangalli's bridge through Haeundae, Centum City, and the Suyeong River basin lays out in a single 270-degree view. A road runs nearly to the top so the climb is short on foot, and a dedicated paragliding launch site occupies the summit shoulder. The night view over Gwangan Bridge with the bridge's color-changing lights is among the most photographed in the city. A small cafe on the summit. Free to access. Pair with Gwangalli Beach in the evening for the post-summit dinner stop.
