Jungmun Tourist Complex (중문관광단지)

Jungmun Tourist Complex is the largest planned tourism cluster on Jeju Island, occupying a stretch of the southern coast in Seogwipo where international resorts, golf courses, the Jungmun Beach, the Yeomiji Botanical Garden, the Teddy Bear Museum, the Jeju International Convention Center, and a number of cliffside walking paths sit within a single coordinated district. The cluster grew up from the 1970s as part of a national tourism master plan and now bundles the highest concentration of luxury resorts and tourist-oriented attractions on Jeju into a roughly 4-square-kilometer zone. For travelers it works as a one-stop base on Jeju's southern coast, particularly for those who want resort-level lodging, beach access, and several attractions within walking or short-shuttle distance. Best paired with day trips to Hallasan, the Olle Trail, and Seongsan Ilchulbong sunrise peak.
