Taean Marine Healing Center sits along the coastal region of Taean, South Chungcheong Province, where the Yellow Sea shoreline and surrounding pine forests form the backdrop for its thalassotherapy and marine wellness programs. The center draws on seawater, sea air, and coastal natural resources as the basis of its therapeutic offerings, a practice rooted in European thalassotherapy traditions adapted for the Korean context. Visitors can access structured wellness programs combining hydrotherapy pools, saltwater baths, and forest-path walking courses.
