나주향교

Naju Hyanggyo is a traditional Confucian school located in Naju, South Jeolla Province. Hyanggyo were state-sponsored local academies that educated the sons of the gentry during the Joseon dynasty, and Naju's example remains one of the better-preserved examples in the Jeolla region. The compound follows the classic layout, with a lecture hall, shrines dedicated to Confucian sages, and quiet courtyards shaded by old trees.
