Boeun Cultural Center is the public local-culture office for Boeun-gun in Chungcheongbuk-do, run as the county's cultural anchor for community programming, regional folk-history exhibits, and small performance events. The center hosts year-round classes in calligraphy, traditional dance, gugak, and Korean folk arts that local residents take, with a small public exhibition hall on the ground floor that rotates regional artist shows and county-history displays. The building also coordinates Boeun's annual cultural festivals, including the Boeun Daechu (jujube) Festival programming alongside other county-wide cultural events. For travelers it is most useful as a 30-minute drop-in stop for those passing through Boeun on a Songnisan or Beopjusa day rather than as a destination on its own.
