Sunam Reservoir Eco Park is a designated wetland-conservation area along the shore of Sunam Reservoir, with about 1.5 kilometers of boardwalk threading through reed marsh and shallow open-water habitat. The wetland was created when the reservoir was constructed and has since been recognized as a significant migratory-bird habitat — herons, egrets, and seasonal duck flocks are commonly spotted. A small visitor center provides bilingual interpretation on the wetland ecosystem. Free entry. Best in early spring or late autumn for migratory bird watching. About 75 minutes for the boardwalk. Pair with broader regional attractions or another local detour.
