Iksan Safety Experience Education Center is a public training facility focused on teaching disaster-preparedness and safety skills through hands-on simulation — earthquake response, fire escape, water-rescue, traffic safety, and CPR. The center serves both school groups during weekdays and the general public on weekends, using full-scale simulators with trained instructor support. The facility is part of the broader Korean Ministry of Public Safety initiative to spread safety-education infrastructure across regional cities. Most sessions are reservation-only and conducted in Korean (limited English). Free entry. Allow about 2 hours. Pair with broader Iksan attractions like Mireuksa Temple Site or the National Iksan Museum.
