Wando Fishery and Folklore Museum is the dedicated public museum on Wando-area fishing community traditions — the Wando archipelago has Korea's most active small-scale fishing economy and the museum traces traditional fishing techniques, boat-building, and fishing-village domestic life across the region's island communities. Original artifacts include period fishing equipment, boat-construction tools, and traditional fishing-family domestic items, with bilingual interpretation contextualizing the broader Korean coastal economy.
