Yurim Park (유림공원)
Yurim Park is a curated attraction in Korea — full details, hours, and access info on the official Korea Tourism page.
Why go
Yurim Park sits along the Yudeungcheon stream in central Daejeon, an unusual kind of urban park where two side streams form a long ribbon of water, walking paths, footbridges, and seasonal flower beds threading right through the city. It's most photogenic during the May rose season and October-November autumn foliage, when the entire stream corridor turns saturated. A network of children's playgrounds, a public outdoor pool, and a lawn theater make it heavy on family use, but the long water-side path is also one of central Daejeon's better evening walking routes. Free entry. Pair with Daejeon's Eunhaeng-dong cafe district or downtown Jung-gu shopping.
