Busan Air Cruise was built to revive the reputation of Songdo Beach, the first public beach in Korea opened nearly 30 years ago. Thirty-nine cabins, including crystal cabins with transparent floors, travel over the ocean between Songnim Park on the east and Amnam Park on the west. Visitors can also enjoy the first cable car museum in the nation at Songdo Doppelmayr World, Asia's first midair swing Sky Swing, theme park photo services and more.
Why Busan Air Cruise matters
Adding to the thrill, certain cabins are equipped with transparent glass floors. These 'Crystal Cabins' offer an even more immersive experience, allowing passengers to gaze directly down at the bay below.
The primary experience is, of course, the cable car ride itself. Passengers can choose between the standard cabins and the aforementioned Crystal Cabins for a more adventurous journey.
Upon reaching the terminals at Songnim Park or Amnam Park, visitors can explore the surrounding areas. Amnam Park, in particular, offers walking trails, observation decks, and scenic spots that are best appreciated after arriving via the cable car.
