Daegaya History Theme Tourist Site is a public historical-themed tourism complex in Goryeong, Gyeongsangbuk-do, set on the historical center of the Daegaya kingdom — the late-Gaya confederation kingdom (5th-6th century CE) that ruled the region before being absorbed by Silla in 562 CE. The complex combines a major archaeological tomb park (Jisan-dong Tombs, with hundreds of mounded tombs of Daegaya royalty and aristocrats), the Daegaya Royal Tombs Display Hall (preserving an excavated tomb interior), the Daegaya Museum (with extensive Gaya-era artifacts), and reconstructed Gaya-period architecture and cultural displays. The site is one of Korea's most concentrated Gaya-era archaeological-and-cultural destinations, and the broader Gaya tomb complex is on Korea's UNESCO World Heritage tentative list.
