Paju Imjingak Peace Gondola (DMZ Peace Gondola) is a cable-car system at Imjingak in Paju, Gyeonggi-do, set up to carry visitors across the Imjin River from the southern bank to the northern bank — close to the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) — as part of the broader Imjingak peace-and-tourism complex. The gondola gives riders elevated open views back across the Imjin River, the surrounding DMZ-area landscape, and the historic infrastructure that connects to the broader DMZ tourism circuit. The gondola runs standard and glass-floor cabins; both offer the same river-crossing route, but the glass-floor version adds the direct downward view of the water and the northern bank's Civilian Control Line landscape. Round-trip tickets are the standard purchase (about 10-12 minutes each way plus a short observation stop on the northern side). The Imjingak complex itself includes additional DMZ-related memorial and interpretive facilities (Freedom Bridge, Bell of Peace, Pyeonghwa Nuri Park), and the gondola serves as one of the more dramatic ways to experience the inner-Korean border zone.
