Changwon Sweet Persimmon Theme Park is a public themed agricultural-tourism park in Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do, dedicated to dangam (Korean sweet persimmon) — the Korean variety of sweet persimmon that is the area's signature regional fruit and one of Korea's most-cited specialty fruits. The park combines large persimmon orchards with themed-experience displays on persimmon cultivation and traditional Korean persimmon-related food culture, walking-and-rest paths through the orchards, and a small interpretive area on the broader Changwon-area persimmon-farming heritage. Programming peaks during the autumn persimmon-harvest season with hands-on harvest experiences and traditional persimmon-related cooking workshops. Best timed precisely to the late-October-through-November sweet persimmon harvest peak.
