Baramssoeneun-gil Road (바람쐬는길)

Baramssoeneun-gil Road is a public riverside walking trail in Jeonju, named after the Korean phrase "baramssoeneun-gil" — "the road for catching the wind" — that captures the open, breezy atmosphere of the riverside walk. The trail follows the Jeonjucheon Stream through central Jeonju, threading green riverside parks, walking-and-bike paths, viewing points, and connections to the surrounding Hanok Village area. The walk gives visitors a different angle on Jeonju's central area than the hanok-village walking circuit — taking the riverside green-and-water perspective rather than the historic-village interior perspective. Best in pleasant-weather seasons (spring through autumn) for the strongest walking-experience comfort, paired with the broader Jeonju Hanok Village circuit and Hanbyeokdang Pavilion.
